Carmine Panaro is the epitome of professional discipline and client commitment. Moving quickly through the ranks from carpenter’s apprentice to Chief Executive Officer of the Reilly Group of Companies, a decades old Toronto security systems integration company, Carmine’s ongoing pursuit of product excellence and customer satisfaction has earned him the accolades of businesses and government agencies world wide.

Throughout his years in the lock and security industry, Carmine has designed and built the Medeco high security deadbolt; lock-up strong rooms for Canada Post; private residence panic rooms; and, has been called on as a reliable expert witness for safes, locks and doors in Ontario criminal court cases.

 In 2008, Carmine expanded the Reilly Canadian lock and security operations into Trinidad. Headquartered in the Port of Spain, Reilly Security Systems Trinidad is the leading provider for safes, locks, access control, security-systems, intercom, gate access, and closed-caption television (cctv) systems in the southern Caribbean. 

In addition to his extensive lock and security manufactures training, as well as his years of field experience in the security industry, Carmine is a global philanthropist. His dedication to improving the human conditions through support of religious missions, youth program initiatives, and habitats for the homeless, is a welcome asset to the Executek International team that prides itself on mitigating the right risk management solution best suited to a clients needs.
